We offer Alkaline water (500ml & 1,200ml bottles), Sparkling water (500ml bottles), and H₂ rich water (338ml & 450ml bottles).

How is your water purified and treated?

We use a state-of-the-art, in-house production facility in Kuching, with filtration and ionisation processes to ensure water purity, the desired pH levels for Alkaline Water, proper carbonation for Sparkling Water, and concentrated hydrogen for H₂ Rich Water.

Are there any additives or preservatives in your water?

No, our water contains no artificial additives or preservatives. Only carbonation (for sparkling water) is used.

Is your packaging BPA-free and safe?

Yes, all our bottles are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials that are safe for consumption.

How should I store the bottled water?

Store bottles in a cool, dark place. For best taste, consume within the recommended shelf life.

Does the water’s quality or state change when heated or chilled?

Extreme temperatures can affect the taste and some properties of alkaline or hydrogen-infused water. For best results, consume soon after opening and avoid exposing to prolonged heat or sunlight.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only deliver within Malaysia. If you are interested in placing an international order, please complete our enquiry form to let us know. We will contact you directly if we are able to accommodate your location in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees depend on order size and delivery location. Costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Orders within major cities (West and East Malaysia) usually arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery to remote areas might take slightly longer.

Can I choose to self-pick up my order instead of delivery?

Yes, we offer a convenient and free self-pickup option. You can select “Self-Pickup” during the checkout process on our website and indicate your preferred self-pickup location.

When can I collect my self-pickup order?

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification via email. Pickup is available from Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (excluding public holidays).
